Very simple.
1) Click on comments at the end of the question
2)Type in your answer in the comment box
3)Choose an identity (if you choose anonymous make sure you mention your name in your comment, as I need names for the scoreboard)
4)Publish your comment
Comments will be moderated 2 days after the particular question has been published.
